Tarik have moved into the Waste Management Services sector with a big
investment into the Skip and Recyling including Hire of Plant and
Equipments, our extensive knowledge in shipping has enabled us to expand
our services to this important renewable business, amongst our services we
have also also included a Transit Shed area close to the new road system
at Devils Tower Road No 26 & 27 where we will be able to arrange
transhipments of your goods for distribution directly to your door and
storage and handling of your goods and equipments with our fleet of trucks

Tarik have been awarded a contract by Dredging International Belgium for the survey work to be undertaken at Tangier Med 2 project in Morocco using the REDWOLF for survey works during the months commencing 01 October 2010 for duration approximately 2 months. TangierMed2 is the second phase in the new port facilities being created in the North Africa Mediterranean shores crating infrastructure that will creating a leading commercial hub in this important area of the world.
Tarik are very happy to have been chosen for this venture and hope to continue expanding in this field. In Gibraltar Tarik are continuing to assist Van Oord International with various projects involving the repair of seawall defenses around the Mid Harbour Projects and Government Housing Projects.
This summer 2010 Tarik were also involved in the laying of a Fiber Optic Cable for Gibtelecom - Alcatel - Lucent Gateway to India Cable. This landing at Gibraltar, our barge AIAKOS was used for the diving and burial by divers off the runway area. Further cables are intended to land at Gibraltar and we will be ready to assist once more.
Tarik have invested in a new vessel MISTRESS as an addition to our fleet of vessels operation out of Gibraltar.
She joins a capable fleet of vessels and will be servicing ships calling Off Port Limits in the Strait. Mistress is a Lochin 40 a proven Off Shore vessel capable of High Speed and excellent sea keeping hull.
Tarik also are to be hiring the REDWOLF for use in the second port being built in Tangier – Med for assisting dredgers and barges there in October and November. Tangier-Med 2.
AIAKOS is now registered finally under the Gibraltar Registry and is the first Small Ships Register 001 on the books.
Tarik continue to move ahead in shipping in this area and now operate from: GIBRALTAR – ALGECIRAS – CEUTA – TANGIER MED.

Tarik Teams up with Sumares S.L.
Tarik Ship Agents & Sumares S.L. have teamed up to provide our clients with Bonded Warehouse and Stores facilities inside the Duty Free Zone of Algeciras Port, the stores are full customs approved for transit shipments of spares and goods arriving for vessels calling at Algeciras and for transit of goods to and from North Africa and beyond. The stores are located at the Isla Verde next to the existing container berth belonging top Maersk Lines and also adjacent to the new Hanjing Container Terminal.
Together we are able to assist clients with a problem free transit site to conduct your business.
Our next project is to open up a branch office in the new Tangier-Med Port where our clients will be able to conduct their business through our existing setup in Gibraltar and Algeciras offices.

Tarik vessels RED WOLF and AIAKOS are involved in the second phase of THE
SAILS a new development set in the Queensway Quay Marina involving the
placing and sinking of concrete blocks weighing up to 350 tons and measuring
30 meters by 15 meters.
We are also involved in the Gibraltar Government contract awarded to Van
Oord Dredging International to build a new housing estate from reclaimed
land within the HMS Rooke basin.
RED WOLF will be attending to their dredger Volvox Scaldia during 3 weeks of
24 pumping of sand to fill in the bund wall created by their barges.
